We are currently looking to recruit an apprentice

You will be working as part of a small office and warehouse based team to ensure the smooth running of the business, predominantly in the web based team.

Customers rely on the website being up to date and accurate therefore this is crucial role within the business, you will need to be diligent, hardworking, focused and have the ability to cross reference information.

As it is a small team high importance is placed on time keeping and volume of work however for the right applicant there are excellent progression and opportunities as you will be trained in all aspects of the web, sales office and warehouse

• Liaising with suppliers to check pricing information
• Ensuring product details are entered fully and accurately onto the website
• Uploading images to the website
• General website maintenance and testing
• Processing online orders
• Taking telephone enquiries from customers
• Some reception duties, greeting customers etc
• Day to day Administration duties, including post, filing, tea and coffee making.
• Warehousing – booking stock in and picking and packing customer orders
